Wilke CPAs & Advisors Promotes Three New Partners
Nichole M. Feller, Omar K. Thrower, CPA, MST, and Christopher J. Wenrich, CPA/ABV have joined Wilke’s four other partners on the firm’s executive leadership team.
Says Managing Partner David M. Wilke, CPA, MBA: “Nichole, Chris, and Omar have all worked incredibly hard throughout their careers to reach this milestone. Their commitment to the profession, firm, and clients is easily recognizable and it’s been a privilege to see them grow into their roles. I’m excited to see what the future holds as they join Wilke & Associates’ executive leadership team.”
Nichole joined Wilke in May 2014 as a small business advisor and accountant. Her prior industry experience in manufacturing, equipment leasing, and entrepreneurship has helped her to deliver creative, innovative accounting and advisory solutions to her clients. Remarking on her promotion, Business Advisory Partner David E. Cooke, CPA said that “Nichole’s proactive, enthusiastic, and engaging nature has endeared her to her clients in a fashion that is unparalleled in my years in public accounting. Her leadership and mentorship in the general ledger arena will be an invaluable asset to our firm.”
Omar K. Thrower, CPA, MST joined Wilke as a Tax Manager in August 2019. His previous experience in public accounting spanned small and large regional firms.
Omar currently provides tax planning and compliance services to businesses and their owners. Managing Partner David Wilke commented that “Omar enjoys exploring tax and business planning opportunities with business owners and leaders. He finds joy with relationships that appreciate his proactive nature.”
Christopher J. Wenrich, CPA/ABV joined Wilke in January 2016. Prior to that, he worked at a regional forensic accounting firm. In his current role, Chris is responsible for business valuations and M&A advisory services. “Chris has demonstrated exemplary leadership with our Valuations Practice and our M&A Advisory Practice. He has built this practice to where it is today, and we are excited to see him lead this group as partner,” said Partner Peter E. Fleming, CPA, CFE.
Wilke’s unique operational structure, where the entire team is comprised of manager-level professionals and above, has consistently enabled the firm to provide highly-skilled, specialized business advisory and consulting services. Every team member is client-facing. This structure also allows Wilke to quickly scale up when responding to changing demands and market conditions.
