Christopher Wenrich Promoted to Partner

Christopher Wenrich, CPA/ABVChristopher J. Wenrich, CPA/ABV, most recently Advisory Manager at Wilke & Associates, was promoted to Partner effective January 1, 2022. He joined the firm in January 2016. Chris has been instrumental in growing Wilke’s Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice areas, which is reflected in his promotion.

In addition to leading the Firm’s valuation and M&A services, Chris also provides due diligence services, succession planning, tax planning, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients. He has performed more than 100 valuation engagements to date and is Wilke’s in-house expert in these areas.

Clients know Chris as a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable advisor, traits that are valuable especially during complex and high-stakes transactions.

Managing Partner David Wilke commented that “Chris is renowned for being a valuation leader; he performs valuations for various purposes and for a multitude of industries. For his Mergers & Acquisitions role, Chris has been successful with many transactions and engagements supporting business owners in succession plans and in acquisitions.”

His peers regard Chris as someone who follows through and is easy to work with. “Chris’s professional demeanor and attention to detail have led to dynamic growth within our valuation practice and our M&A advisory practice. His leadership will drive this arm of our practice for many years to come,” said Partner David Cooke.

Chris was Magna Cum Laude at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a Minor in Economics.
