With over 27 years of experience in accounting and tax services, Kelli M. Glenn joined Wilke CPAs & Advisors in November 2020. Kelli began her career in 1997, handling accounting and payroll for various clients while working for a CPA. She gained extensive experience in controller roles before transitioning to tax management. Before joining Wilke, she worked as a CPA and Office Manager at Randy Belansky LLC, honing her payroll processing, tax preparation, and financial reporting expertise.

Kelli is a Certified Public Accountant and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, specializing in multi-state payroll and small business tax services. She was vital in leading Wilke’s Employee Retention Tax Credit team, demonstrating her adaptability and leadership. Kelli is passionate about working closely with growing businesses, guiding them through complex tax challenges, and helping them build strong advisory teams.

Kelli graduated from LaRoche University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She passed all four CPA exam sections on her first attempt and earned her license in 2019. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Outside work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs and cheering on Pittsburgh’s sports teams. She and her husband co-own Glenn Distributing, a beer distributor in Millvale.
