In 2022, Carrie Herron assumed the position of CEO at Wilke CPAs & Advisors, bringing her over 17 years of experience with the firm. She now oversees the daily operations and drives the company’s strategic vision. Her extensive background spans office and personnel administration, financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis. Carrie is dedicated to discovering innovative ways to support both clients and staff.

Carrie’s leadership is deeply rooted in her unwavering commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. She firmly believes that a supportive environment is the cornerstone of employee retention and professional growth. Her dedication to integrity and collaboration ensures that the firm provides meaningful benefits and resources that cater to the needs of its team and clients.

Before joining Wilke in 2005, Carrie served as an Economic Development Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration for over 12 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as CEO.
