Peter has a depth of experience in both public accounting and the private sector. He joined Wilke in 2004 and was named Partner in 2010. Peter concurrently serves as Wilke’s Co-Managing Partner and Audit Partner. Additionally, he served in an official capacity as CFO for SDLC Partners from 2012 through 2022. An international firm successfully acquired SDLC Partners in the Summer of 2021.

Peter’s involvement with SDLC Partners began in 2006 and expanded as the company grew, reaching a peak headcount of >500. He helped rebuild their accounting functions and systems, improved profitability, and led the company through an acquisition valued at 10x EBITDA.

At Wilke, Peter is responsible for managing all audit, fraud, and forensic accounting engagements as well as co-managing the firm’s entire client portfolio. He assists many small and start-up businesses in obtaining financing and complying with regulatory agencies. Areas of expertise include:

He is licensed for auditing and attest services in Pennsylvania, California, Florida, Missouri, Montana, New York, Utah, and Virginia. Peter is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), AICPA, and PICPA.
