Larisa Murphy, CPA, CVA, is a Partner at Wilke CPAs & Advisors, bringing over two decades of expertise in tax planning, consulting, and business valuation. With a proven track record of working with corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals, Larisa provides customized solutions to support family-owned and closely held businesses. Her industry experience includes construction, healthcare, technology, real estate, architecture, manufacturing, and more.

Before joining Wilke CPAs & Advisors, Larisa held leadership positions at prominent firms, including BDO USA, Sisterson & Co., and Markovitz Dugan & Associates. There, she developed a reputation for client-focused service and innovative problem-solving. Her career before public accounting included WeatherWise USA as Manager of Financial Projects, where she honed her financial forecasting and analysis skills.

Larisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with honors and minoring in Economics. She also enhanced her expertise with studies in international finance in Copenhagen, Denmark. Her credentials include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Larisa is committed to community engagement and leadership development. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Mt. Lebanon Extended Day Program and the Bloomfield Development Corporation, providing financial expertise to enhance community programs and economic initiatives. Her dedication to empowering others is evident through her participation in the CORO Women Leadership Program.
