David Cooke and I met originally at our networking group in the South Hills. During his presentations, he presented timely tax data, as well as small business solutions, in a language that non-financial people (like me) could understand. Further, at the SBDC Entrepreneur' s Growth Conference, when I signed up for a quick consult in the Expo Hall, he explained the difference between a business plan for attaining a loan, versus one to set goals for my growing company. When I went from being a sole proprietor to an S-Corp, David Cooke sat down with me at Wilke, and did some tax planning, and now files all of my corporate returns. When I was late this year in getting my tax information to him, and called to tell him his, he told me that he already took care of filing my extension (whew!).
